May 2006: Lay it Down E.P. in stores now! Ideal End's debut EP, Lay it Down, launched last september to widespread critical acclaim is now available in Plug'd records on Washington street. You can hear all the tracks in our music section but dont let that stop you picking up a copy! Here is just a taste of some of the feedback the EP has received:
This 4 piece have created a dense and melodic sounding record. The track "Whatever Gets You" is a magnificantly moody hard-riffing mutha with heavy drums that wouldn't sound too out of place on soundgarden's Badmotorfinger album".
Don O'Mahoney, The Evening Echo.
"O'Shea's voice soars to new heights": Drop-d E-zine on the title track "Lay it down"
"Beautiful guitar picking with a more soulful approach": Drop-d E-zine on "Left Behind"

18/10/2005: Drop-D magazine reviews Launch Night and E.P. The guys at Drop-D ezine have reviewed our Launch Night and E.P. for the upcoming edition. Here's just some of what they had to say:
"The title track is a heavy mutha showing great co-ordination with some excellent drumming while the guitars roar away coming into the chorus where Gavin O'Shea's voice soars to new heights. The middle of the track gives some time over to the bands guitar style with bass riffs deepening the dark sound."
